I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Mind, Brain and Behaviour Research Centre of the University of Granada in Spain. Frustrated by how professional academia has so little to do with honest scientific enquiry motivated by genuine curiosity, in 2012 I co-founded Open Scholar and became an active developer and advocate of scientific practices that help bridge the gap between science and academia.
